We had an amazing stay! The host was incredible to work with, she was very attentive and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really stood out. There were plenty of towels and paper products, which made everything so convenient. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. On top of that, this was easily the cleanest Airbnb any of us have ever stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Our group of five families with teens loved this property! Plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing or to hang out and socialize. Our teens loved the downstairs game room and played hours of video games in the cinema room. The grown ups used the fire pit and outdoor television almost every night. Cooking for a crowd was easy with two grills and a big kitchen. All 15 of us fit at the tables to eat as well. Communication was friendly and prompt. We had two minor issues that were fixed quickly. One day later and the other families are already missing the place. Coffee on the upper deck with our friends is a priceless memory. The drive up is a little steep but 100% worth it for the silence and the views. We saw a momma bear and three cubs multiple times, too. Book this place. You won’t regret it!

Our group stay was at the chalet was great!! The only issue we ran into was a hot tub that wasnt warming and a TV that had not been hooked up for viewing, but Lynn was very apologetic. She was the best host we have ever had and answered all our questions promptly. The chalet was one of the nicest any of us has ever stayed in and the location and view was amazing. Do yourself a favor and book this if it is on your list!!! Thank you Bill and Lynn, we will be booking again in the future

This is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It’s very close to the strip, clean, has a well amount of amenities, and has one of the best views of Gatlinburg. We hope to book again!

This was one of the nicest, if not THE nicest places I’ve ever stayed! The pictures on the listing are great, but do not do the house justice. We were amazed when we walked in. Everything is as advertised or better. 10/10, will definitely stay again!

First of all, the host communicates very well and is super responsive. Access to the property was easy, and the amenities were great. However, the property does not have a gas grill, and the charcoal grill is not in good shape. I believe it’s time for the host to address this. The hot tub was very clean, and we really enjoyed it. The property is spacious, comfortably accommodated all 15 of us, and even has extra beds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.
